We are here to help you listen to and tune into your inner voice and find the path out of feeling stuck. This is a fully integrated mind, body spirit program aimed to help you learn to live in the moment, and love every breath of your life. In just a few short days you will come away with clarity and tools to take into your daily life. We don’t have all the answers, but will help you wake up, tune in and begin your personal metamorphosis transformation.

We also seek to EMPOWER Women and help you access your divine feminine power. We believe the first step is bring awareness to what is happening around us. It is remarkable how blind even we are as women. And once we understand it is only then we can change. You will learn how to address gender bias. We will shed light on the many ways bias shows up for us and how to do our part to address it in a constructive way both at work and home. We will remind you of our genders advantages of being far more nurturing, compassionate, empathetic, intuitive and… ‘if they go to kick you in the balls… remember they will always miss.

Our Philosophy

We are all put on this earth to live out our life's purpose, our soul is here to learn lessons specifically crafted just for each of us as individuals, yet we are all truly one collective consciousness.   Do you see the same 'lessons' being presented to you over and over?  That means you haven't quite learned the lesson yet.   

On this journey we will work to clear your current and past life traumas, bring awareness to your life's challenges and move you thru a deliberate series of exercises to bring you into the light of your life.   We call this process Metamorphosis.  Like a caterpillar waiting to blossom, our mission is to help you find your wings.  To soar through life with ease and grace and love for yourself and all those around you.  

We will help you see and name your pain-body (your ego at work),  face your trauma, feel your pain and therefore move past it.  As taught in the Buddhism, the path to enlightenment is thru suffering.  Only through suffering can we grow and find inner peace.  We will help you see your life obstacles as the Universe's greatest gifts.     

We break you down, and with a clear slate and build you back up to be and live your best life.  We will connect and learn thru vulnerability, empathy, quieting our mind,  and tuning into and loving our bodies.  To be AUTHENTICALLY UNAPOLOGETICALLY YOU!  To live daily asking yourself 'does this bring me joy, does this put me in a flow-state?"

 This journey is specifically crafted with a mix of eastern and western mindfulness, consciousness, spiritual and heart-centered practices.  Some of our gurus whose practices we will share are rooted in teachings from  Eckhart Tolle, Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Thich Nhat Hanh, Matt Kahn, Caroline Myss, Elizabeth Lesser, Gary Zukav, John Kabatt Zinn, Brene Brown, trauma healing therapy and others. 

Weaved throughout we teach you to tap into your divine feminine power, your grace, your love.  We are the creators. We are the healers. We have a far greater capacity to be compassionate and empathetic.
